Methods of payment accepted on the smallshop website: Visa and Mastercard only. PAYPAL and direct deposit.
We do not accept American Express, cash, cheque, money order or travellers cheques.

POST
how long does local/international post take?
- Australia Post is used for P.O. Boxes, non Metropolitan areas and Northern Territory. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
- Australia Post International are used for International addresses, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to most international addresses, please read the information below...
Please note all international online orders are shipped with either Australia Post International and the value of the parcel is declared as required by Australian law. The recipient may incur duties and taxes which are imposed by the local government in the destination country. The recipient will be contacted by Australia Post if this is the case after the goods have been received. These costs are outside of our control and are not included in the purchase price. The duties for every country are different and can change on a regular basis.
Countries that unfortunately we cannot send online orders to are Spain, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Greece, Portugal, Indonesia and Brazil .

RETURNS
- All items purchased on www.smallshoponline.com are able to be returned for exchange or credit voucher (valid for 6 months).
- smallshop offers a refund on full priced items ONLY. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
- To return an item, please include with your item all personal details for return process. Returns will not be accepted without this information.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied for all exchanges & returns
- All postage costs in a return or exchange must be paid for by the customer. If you are exchanging for another item please include a prepaid self addressed envelope in with your return. If your exchange amount is greater than amount already paid, we will email thorough a link to process the additional payment once we receive your return.
- If you have a faulty item, please email us.
- Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days.
- Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for smallshop is for the sole purpose and use of smallshop.
