  • ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES

    Follow these simple steps to to return your smallshop purchase.

    1.  Pack your item in secure packaging including your full contact details and preferred postal address for exchanges.

    2.  Make sure to include a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt) with your item

    3.  Please include all personal information and return via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe documented delivery.  If exchanging, please include a self addressed - prepaid post bag for return post.  

  • All items purchased on www.smallshoponline.com are able to be returned for exchange or credit voucher (valid for 6 months).
  • SMALLSHOP offers a refund on full priced items ONLY. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty.
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
  • To return an item, please include with your item all personal details for return process. Returns will not be accepted without this information.
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all exchanges & returns
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice.
  • All postage costs in a return or exchange must be paid for by the customer. If you are exchanging for another item please include a prepaid self addressed envelope in with your return.  If your exchange amount is greater than amount already paid, we will email thorough a link to process the additional payment once we receive your return.  Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days
